PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Per MDC Chapter 18.55.010 and 18.80.090(3), the City of Madras Planning Commission will be holding Public Hearings to receive testimony on the proposed Master Plan of Tax Lot 1700 on Jefferson County Assessor’s Map. The proposed Master Plan includes four buildings and a request to modify the drive through standards to permit two drive-through uses within the Master Plan area. The subject property is zoned Downtown Commercial (C-2). The file for this matter is MP-21-1. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: This land use application will be reviewed using the criteria contained Madras Development Code (MMC) Chapter 18.55 – Master Planned Developments and Chapter 18.80 – Administrative Provisions.
