PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Per MDC Chapter 18.80.110(3), the City of Madras Planning Commission will be holding Public Hearings to receive testimony on the Conditional Use and Site Plan applications that were submitted by Y & S Enterprises for a quasi-judicial land use action for a development on Tax lot 301 on Jefferson County Assessor’s Map No. 11-13-14-AC. This property is located on SW Olive Street and is not addressed. The subject property is zoned Mixed Use Employment (MUE). The files for this matter are CU-21-5 and SP-21-8. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: This land use application will be reviewed using the criteria contained Madras Development Code (MMC) Chapter 18.15 – Land Use Zones, Chapter 18.20 – Public Improvement Standards, Chapter 18.25 – Supplementary Standards, Chapter 18.65 – Conditional Uses and Chapter 18.80 – Administrative Provisions.
