ORDINANCE NO. 962 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MADRAS, OREGON ACCEPTING THE SURRENDER OF JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY ROADS OVER NW BIRCH LANE FROM DEPOT ROAD TO ADLER STREET.
