PUBLIC NOTICE The Scappoose Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2020/21 Annual Report. It is on file at Scappoose City Hall, 33568 E Columbia Avenue and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2020/21, the Agency received $91,376 in division of tax revenues and $190 in other revenues. The Agency expended $13,262. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2021/22 are $122,082. The maximum indebtedness authorized for the Area is $37,000,000. The amount of indebtedness remaining for the Plan Area is $35,727,018.
