TO: Mark Robertson and all other occupants 1131 Leonard Street Oregon City, OR 97045 This matter having come before the Court upon the Motion of Jeffrey Lemuel, Personal Representative, for an Order to Show Cause, and the Court having considered the allegations set forth in the Motion and Declaration of Jeffrey Lemuel, now, therefore: IT IS ORDERED that you appear in Room TBD of Clackamas County Courthouse located at 807 Main St, Oregon City, OR 97045, on the 4 day of February, 2021, at 10:30 a.m., to then and there show cause, if any, why an order should not be entered as follows: 1. Finding you to be in unlawful possession of the premises located at 1131 Leonard Street, Oregon City, OR 97045, and that the Personal Representative of the Estate of Valerie Jean Lemuel is entitled to restitution of the premises; 2. Directing the issuance of a writ of assistance to the Sheriff of Clackamas County to remove you from the premises located at 1131 Leonard Street, Oregon City, OR 97045, so as to return possession of the premises to the Personal Representative of the Estate of Valerie Jean Lemuel. 3. Any such other relief the court deems just and equitable. NO OTHER NOTICE WILL BE PROVIDED, AND IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AND SHOW CAUSE at the time and place specified by this Order, the Court may issue an Order directing the issuance of a Writ of Assistance to the Sheriff of Clackamas County to remove you from the premises located at 1131 Leonard Street, Oregon City, OR 97045.
