SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELIEF This is an action for Quiet Title of real property, described as: Parcel 1: Lot 12, Block 1, BREWSTER’S ADDITION; Parcel 2: Lots 7 and 8, Block 2, BREWSTER’S ADDITION, in Marion County, Oregon. Plaintiff is seeking an Order declaring him to be the owner in fee simple, and entitled to possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien or interest of the defendants or those claiming under the defendants, and quieting title in favor of Plaintiff. Enjoining defendants or those claiming under defendants, from asserting any estate, title, or interest in the real property or any part thereof. Plaintiff asks for such further and additional relief as the Court deems just and equitable.
