PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Madras City Council will hold a public hearing in order to receive testimony or comments on Planning File No. PA-21-2 for which the City of Madras will propose amending the City of Madras Comprehensive Plan via the City’s Transportation System Plan to provide additional details to the roadway alignments shown in the Madras TSP south of Fairgrounds Road between US 97 and Highway 361 and identify H Street extending west from Highway 361 to SW Cedar Hills Street as a Minor Collector. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: The applicable criteria for this land use decision are the statewide land use goals, the Madras Comprehensive Plan, Madras Development Code Chapter 18.75.020 (Amendments). CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING DATE: March 8, 2022 TIME: 5:30 p.m. LOCATION: 125 SW E Street City Hall, Council Chambers Madras, Oregon Zoom meeting details will be published on the meeting agenda. Anyone wishing to present testimony may do so at the public hearing. Anyone may submit written comments in advance of the public hearings to the Community Development Department at 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon. The complete file will be available for review at Madras Community Development Department. Upon request, copies of file materials are available at a cost of $.25 per page. This meeting/event location is accessible.
