The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3222-1600 and is located south of the property addressed at 10350 NE Renne Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.03(B), 402.08, 402.09, and 402.10(C) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., March 3, 2022. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
