SUMMARY STATEMENT: This action relates to a loan given by Plaintiff to Defendant, on April 23, 2019, in the amount of $69,375.25, plus interest at the rate of 9.5% per annum. Defendant failed to repay the loan, per the terms of the loan agreement. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following relief: For judgment, for Breach of Contract against Defendant Kenneth Jack Matchniff, in the principal sum of $65,724.31, together with interest thereon at the rate of 9.5% per annum from August 11, 2020 until paid, late charges in the sum of $356.84, plus accruing late charges, together with Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred herein.
