PUBLIC NOTICE The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on February 28, 2022, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of this Hearing is to consider a 6-foot-high fence including an additional 1-foot non-barbed security wire. The request requires a Variance to the 4-foot fence height limit for front yards. The property is legally described as Lots 4,5, and 6 of the Original Townsite of the City of Metolius and is owned by David Fiocchi. The property is located within the Commercial Zone.
