PUBLIC NOTICE The Forest Grove Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) published the Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021 annual fiscal impact report as required by state law. The report is on file at Forest Grove City Hall and with the Agency and is available online at www.forestgrove-or.gov/urban. The report shows in FY 2020-2021 the Agency received $506,155 in property tax revenue and $5,585 in other revenue. Expenditures for FY 2020-2021 were $436,473. The estimated property tax revenue for FY 2021-2022 is $560,000. The FY 2021-2022 budget includes resources of $1,022,287 and expenditures of $1,022,287. The amount of maximum indebtedness remaining for the Forest Grove Urban Renewal Plan (Plan) is $12,749,314. The estimated impact of carrying out the Plan for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown on the table below. Anna D.
