The mobile home is located at Hearthwood Village, 16314 SE Hearthwood Drive (Lot #98), Clackamas, Oregon 97015. The home is a 1987 Marlette; Home ID. No. 247874; Serial No. C0E2287. Interested buyers may contact the park office at 503-655-3509 prior to the sale to arrange an inspection of the home. The sale will be held by sealed bidding, with the home sold to the highest bidder by cash or certified funds only. Sealed bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on March 4, 2022. Sealed bids must be received by the deadline addressed to: Office, Hearthwood Village, 16211 Hearthwood Drive, Clackamas, Oregon 97015. The home may remain in the park as long as it is owner-occupied by a person approved for tenancy by Hearthwood Village. Exterior repairs and landscaping items will also need to be completed for home to remain in park.
