IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF CLACKAMAS CASE NO. 21CV45731 PUBLISHED SUMMONS SMILEY ELECTRIC, INCORPORATED, an Oregon corporation, Plaintiff v. CRAFT PROPERTIES, LLC, a dissolved Oregon corporation, doing business as CRAFT BUILDERS and BRIDGET SALADINO, Defendants TO: BRIDGET SALADINO, of the above-named defendants. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. SUMMARY STATEMENT: This action relates to work performed by Plaintiff, for Defendants, at a residence located at 2132 Goodall Court, Lake Oswego, Oregon, known as the Guess Project. Defendants hired Plaintiff to perform electrical improvements at said residence. After work was completed by Plaintiff, Defendants failed to pay Plaintiff in full. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following relief: 1. On Plaintiff’s First, Second and Third Claims for Relief (Breach of Contract, Account Stated and Quantum Meruit), awarding Plaintiff $8,543.03, plus interest at a rate of 2% per month (24% per annum), from the date the work was invoiced, until paid in full; 2. On Plaintiffs Fourth and Fifth Claims for Relief (Unjust Enrichment and Conversion), awarding Plaintiff $8,543.03, plus interest at a rate of 9% per annum, from the date the work was invoiced, until paid in full; 3.
