NOTICE OF LAND USE HEARING Culver Planning Commission Hearing March 22, 2022; 6:00 p.m. The Culver Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at the Culver City Hall, 200 First Ave, Culver OR. The purpose of the Hearing is to consider a proposed 43.38-acre subdivision creating 164 lots in seven phases. The subject property is located south of Iris Lane and east of Elbe Drive and is legally described as Taxlot 300 of Assessor’s Map 12132. The proposal has been submitted by Woodhill Homes.
