NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Clackamas County Board of County Commissioners will hold a PUBLIC HEARING Commissioners are encouraging the public to participate digitally using Zoom in weekly Business Meetings. BCC website: https://www.clackamas.us/meetings/bcc/business Online via Zoom or in person at: Public Services Building Hearings Room – 4th Floor, Room 409 2051 Kaen Road Oregon City, Oregon on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. This hearing will satisfy a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirement that the public annually be given an opportunity to review the past performance of the County’s Community Development programs. The hearing is also to review the Proposed 2022-2026 Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan and the Proposed 2022 Community Development Action Plan. The Proposed 2022-2026 Consolidated Plan will become the basis for the County’s annual applications under the three grant programs. The Proposed Action Plan consists of projects selected for funding in 2022 and annual grant applications. Submission of grant application materials will enable the County to receive approximately $2,000,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, $1,000,000 in Home Investment Partnership (HOME) funds, and $190,000 in Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds during the 2022 program year. The hearing will consist of three parts: 1)A review of the past performance of the County’s Commu – nity Development programs; 2)A review of the Proposed 2022-2026 Consolidated Plan and the Proposed 2022 Action Plan; and 3)An open discussion period during which citizens may testify on the two plans or the County’s housing and community dev- elopment needs. The Consolidated Plan and 2022 Action Plans are available for review at the Clackamas County Community Development web site at: http://www.clackamas.us/communitydevelopment/maps.html.
