HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold a legislative public hearing on April 4, 2022, at 7 p.m. via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: Urban Renewal Plan – The Newberg City Council will hold a public hearing and consider an ordinance for the adoption of the proposed Newberg Urban Renewal Plan. The proposed maximum amount of indebtedness for the Newberg Urban Renewal Plan is not to exceed $125,800,000. The adoption of the urban renewal plan does not increase property taxes. The ordinance, if approved, is subject to referendum. The City Council asks that 10 copies of written testimony be submitted to the City Recorder before 12:00 PM on March 31, 2022.
