City of Lake Oswego NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 28, 2022, 6:30 p.m. The Commission will consider LU 22-0004, a request from the City of Lake Oswego to amend Table 50.04.002-1 of the Community Development Code (CDC) to remove the Special Street Setback requirement from a section of public right-of-way on South Shore Boulevard between Lakeview Blvd. and Blue Heron Road. All other setbacks requirements are to remain. Since the time allowed for public testimony is limited, you are urged to review the record and be thoroughly familiar with it if you plan to testify. In order to testify electronically online or by phone, you are required to register by 12:00 noon the day of the meeting. A copy of the proposed amendments and instructions on participating electronically, are available in the Planning and Building Services Department at City Hall and can also be obtained by visiting the City’s website at: https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/all-projects (Search for LU 22-0004) Recommendation: Final recommendations of the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council.
