PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: SDR-08-22, a request by Kijiwara Family Vineyards for a site design review for the construction of a new winery and tasting room on a tract with approximately 19.15 acres of vineyard. The tract is identified as Tax Lots 2332-1500,1600, 1700 and 1800 and is located at 19855 and 20005 NE Wind Ridge, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.02(H) and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance, ORS 215.453. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m. March 31, 2022, to comment on, or to request the above applications be considered at a public hearing.
