Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) Sewer Line Repairs on Empire Drive The City of Prineville is seeking bids for a series of sewer line repairs on Empire Drive in Prineville. Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on the April 5, 2022 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 12th day of April, 2022. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 20th day of April, 2022, with a completion date of no later than the 30th day of June, 2022 A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on the 24th of March, 2022, at the City of Prineville City Hall to review key project elements and answer questions. A site visit will be conducted immediately following the meeting. The work contemplated generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and materials to complete the infrastructure repair as described in the provided construction drawings.
