NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CANBY The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers and via Zoom, on Monday, March 28th, 2022, at 6 pm to consider a Text Amendment to Chapter 16 of the Municipal Code. The amendment will include a new Chapter (16.45) providing the regulations and review process for establishing a Food Cart Pod in Canby. It will also include the regulations and review process for Temporary Mobile Food Vendors, and minor changes to provide continuity throughout the Code. The public is encouraged to participate and provide comments.
