SCARBOROUGH, an individual; ESTATE OF EDWARD SCARBOROUGH; UNKNOWN HEIRS, ASSIGNS, AND DEVISEES OF EDWARD SCARBOROUGH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for SKYLINE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; and DISCOVER BANK; and PARTIES IN POSSESSION OR CLAIMING A RIGHT TO POSSESSION, Defendants. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. SUMMARY STATEMENT: This action relates to Plaintiff’s desire to foreclose its claim against the real estate described as Residential Unit 6722, of BRIDGEVIEW CONDOMINIUMS, as set forth in Condominium Declaration, recorded January 14, 1995, as Recorder’s Fee No. 95-17857, in the City of Portland, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon, TOGETHER WITH those limited common elements appurtenant to said Unit as set forth in said declaration, and TOGETHER WITH an undivided fractional ownership of the general common elements of said Condominium as set forth in the said Declaration and in any subsequent amendments thereto as appurtenant to said Unit. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays for the following relief: 1. For a general judgment against Defendant Katye L. Scarborough, in the amount of $35,115.32, for monthly assessments, interest, late fees and other charges, plus interest at the rate of 18% per annum, from the date of judgment until paid, and for Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; 2. For a general judgment foreclosing Plaintiff’s claim of lien against the real property described above; 3. For such other and further relief the Court deems just and equitable.
