SUMMARY STATEMENT OF THE OBJECT OF THE COMPLAINT AND THE DEMAND FOR RELIEF 1) Defendants are being sued for Breach of Contract, Fraud, Negligent Misrepresentation, Negligence, and Unlawful Trade Practices, for their actions in selling to Plaintiffs, the real property located at 18158 S. Grasle Road, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045. Plaintiff seeks relief in the amount $80,000, together with interest thereon at the rate of 9% per annum until paid; 2) For Plaintiff’s costs, disbursements and attorney fees; 3) For any further relief as the Court deems equitable.
