PUBLIC NOTICE CROOK COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Crook County Parks and Recreation District, Crook County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, will be held at the Juniper Art Guild, 1635 SE Mountain View Drive, Prineville, or join the meeting virtually by going to https://ccprd.org/board-meetings/, click on the board meeting agenda for 4/27/2022, click on the Zoom meeting link within the agenda. The meeting will take place on April 27, 2022, 6pm. The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A second meeting is tentatively scheduled for April 28, 2022, 6pm, and will take place on an as needed basis for continuance of the April 27, 2022 meeting. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. For those planning to attend the meeting virtually, public comment will be taken in written and phone formats prior to the meeting. Written comments received by 5:00pm on April 26, 2022 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on April 27, 2022. Comments by phone will be taken on a scheduled basis during the public comment section of the meeting on April 27, 2022; to schedule public comment via phone, please contact the District to provide your name, phone number and address at 541-447-1209, or email information to info@ccprd.org, you will then be contacted during the public comment section of the meeting to voice your comment. Comments, either in-person, written and phone in, will be subject to 3-minute limit per community member. Public comment must be scheduled no later than 5:00pm on April 26, 2022.
