PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF PRINEVILLE PRINEVILLE RESILIENCY PIPE BID INVITATION TO BID #1003-22-23 The City of Prineville is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of 7000 lf of water transmission pipe, to be quoted in 200 psi class and 165 psi class in either PVC or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for the project. City will take delivery on June 30, 2022. Unless otherwise stated, all items shall be quoted and delivered F.O.B. Destination and delivery, freight, shipping, fuel sur charges and deposit along with any other charges (if any) will be included in the price. Pricing of the 7000 LF of pipe will include the delivery to the City of Prineville/Crook County Airport. Delivery will be made M-F, from the hours of 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Sealed bids for the Pipe will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the 19th of April, 2022, at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) Prineville Resiliency Pipe Bid Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on April 19, 2022 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the City of Prineville Council will approve the intent to award the contract at the Council meeting on the 26th day of April, 2022.
