NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINEVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Prineville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 19th day of April 2022, at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR. File Number: CU-2022-101 Location: Madras Hwy (Address to be Determined). Map number & tax lots 14-15-36A 001600, 001700. Proposal: The development will include 328 dwelling units totaling approximately 188,600 square feet of residential living space. On the project site, there are 11 proposed 3-story apartment buildings that house 270 dwelling units on tax lot (TL 1600) and 58 cottage-style and duplex-style dwelling units on tax lot (TL 1700). Applicant/Owner: Creations NW LLC. Applicable Criteria: City of Prineville Code of Ordinances, Title XV – Chapter 153 – Sections: 153.009, 153.014, 153.020, 153.035, 153.036, 153.046, 153.080 – 096, 153.135- 138, 153.190-200. Any testimony shall be limited to and must address the standards and criteria relevant to the development.
