WASHINGTON COUNTY INTENSIVE SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER TREATMENT SERVICES AT THE CENTER FOR ADDICTIONS TRIAGE AND TREATMENT Proposals due: May 27, 2022 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Intensive Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services at the Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm. More information can be found in the Introduction Section of the Procurement Portal posting under Timeline. All applicants must hold a valid Certificate of Approval from the State Addictions and Mental Health Division to provide substance use disorder outpatient treatment in Washington County valid on July 1, 2024, and throughout the contract period. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Friday, May 27, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
