Finding you to be in unlawful possession of the premises located at 29400 SE Old Ranch Drive, Estacada, OR 97023, and that the Personal Representative of the Estate of William Jeffrey Pettis is entitled to restitution of the premises; 2. Directing the issuance of a writ of assistance to the Sheriff of Clackamas County to remove you from the premises located at 29400 SE Old Ranch Drive, Estacada, OR 97023, to return possession of the premises to the Personal Representative of the Estate of William Jeffrey Pettis. 3. Any such other relief the court deems just and equitable.
