Notice of Public Hearing Legislative Amendment: Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO): Middle Housing (LA 2102) On April 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider recommended legislative amendment (LA) of the Woodburn Comprehensive Plan and Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to comply with state law regarding middle housing, Oregon House Bill 2001 (2019) and Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 660-046. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. The Commission might also continue to telephone/video conference.
