Public Notice The Oak Lodge Water Services (District) Board of Directors will participate in a Clackamas County Board of Commissioners (County Board) public hearing on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 10 am. The County Board has scheduled a public hearing to consider the proposal to reorganize the District as a Joint Water and Sanitary Authority. The hearing will be held at 2051 Kaen Road, Oregon City, Oregon 97045 in the County Board Hearing Room (4th floor). All members of the public are invited to attend the public hearing and submit comment on the proposal, either in-person or by Zoom. Comments may also be provided to the County Board by e-mail in advance of the hearing, by writing to bcc@clackamas.us with OLWS as the subject line. The County’s website will be updated at least one week before the hearing with information on how to submit testimony and attend the hearing. Materials pertaining to the formation of the Joint Water & Sanitary Authority will be available 15 days in advance of the hearing and will be available on the County’s website.
