PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: FT-02-22 a request by Anthony Schoen for a Forest Template Dwelling. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 2231-100 and is located at 19600 NE Jacquith Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 403.03(P), 403.09, 403.10 and 403.11 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. SDR-07-22 a request by Chris Johnson for site design review for the physical expansion of an existing permitted use wine production facility and tasting room. The winery and tasting room building will increase in size by approximately 1632-square feet. There are no proposed operational changes to the existing, approved tasting room. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3302-100 and is located at 17425 NE Hillside Dr, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 403.02(H), and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and ORS 215.452. Interested persons may appeal these decisions by 5 p.m., April 21, 2022. An appeal may be filed at the Yamhill County Planning Department at 525 NE Fourth Street, McMinnville.
