Notice of Budget Committee Meeting

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Oregon Trail School District 46, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023. The first budget committee meeting will take place on the 26th day of April 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, and proposed budget document, and to receive comment from the public on the budget. The meeting will take place via video conferencing. A meeting link will be post on the District website www.oregontrailschools.com not less than the day prior to the meeting. The budget document will be posted and available for review on the district’s web-site www.oregontrailschools.com by April 22. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may provide comment to the Budget Committee. Public comment may be submitted by text comment at the meeting or via written submission provided in advance. Advance written comments must be submitted to busmgr@ortrail.k12.or.us by 5 pm on April 21, 2022 and will be read during the public comments agenda on April 22, 2022.
