Notice of Public Hearing Legislative Amendment: Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO): Transportation (LA 21-01) On April 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to consider recommended legislative amendment (LA) of the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to clarify, strengthen, and add purpose statements and development standards, particularly about street improvements. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. The Council will not only meet in person but also continue to telephone/video conference.
