AMENDED NOTICE PORTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE CM/GC SERVICES – DISTRICT-WIDE PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICE RENOVATIONS Proposals due: May 13, 2022 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SOLICITATION NO: P&CC22-018-RFP Portland Community College (PCC) is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for three (3) distinct renovation projects district-wide across PCC Campuses: I. Cascade Campus Public Safety Building Renovation, A New Public Safety Dispatch Office, and a Swing Space office Renovation II. Sylvania Campus Public Safety Office & Dispatch Renovation III. South East Campus Public Safety Office Renovation. The selected CM/GC will work in collaboration with the project’s Design Team to provide preconstruction & construction services. Detailed information is available in the full RFP. Only electronic proposals submitted to Bid Locker will be accepted. Prospective proposers may obtain the RFP and its mandatory addenda via PCC’s Bidlocker solicitation page. Interested proposers must submit an electronic proposal pursuant to the provisions of the solicitation to PCC’s Bid Locker solicitation page (https://bidlocker.us/a/pcc/BidLocker) SOLICITATION DUE DATE AND TIME (CLOSING): May 13th, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time The number of proposals received, the identity of proposers, or the contents of any proposal will not be disclosed to the public until all proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for award has been published. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that Portland Community College receives its proposal. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED A MANDATORY In Person Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at the Sylvania Campus on April 21st, 2022 at 10 AM PST in the Technology Classroom Building (TCB) Room 212.
