Notice of Public Hearing Legislative Amendment: Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO): Tree Preservation & Removal (LA 21-03) On April 28, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider recommended legislative amendment (LA) of the Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to clarify, strengthen, and add development standards about tree preservation and removal. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon.
