You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: 1. For the principal sum of $8,567.97, plus accrued interest at the contract rate through April 6, 2020 in the sum of $526.50, plus accrued interest at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum from April 7, 2020 through November 12, 2021 in the sum of $1,235.90, plus interest accruing on the principal balance at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum ($2.11 per diem) from November 13, 2021, until the date judgment is entered; 2. For Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred herein; 3. For interest on the sum of paragraphs 1 and 2 above at the statutory rate of 9.00 percent per annum, from the date judgment is entered until paid in full; and 4.
