NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY COUNCIL Hearing Date, Time, and Location: The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, Third Floor, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, OR 97034, to consider the proposed Ordinance. This meeting will be conducted in person at City Hall and an option for participating remotely via Zoom is also available. The meeting will be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube Channel and at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us as well as broadcast live on Tualatin Valley Community TV; check their website for details. File Number: Ordinance 2894 The Lake Oswego City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider enactment of Ordinance 2894. The title of Ordinance 2894 is as follows: ORDINANCE 2894 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City Of Lake Oswego Amending the Definition of Demolition and Adding Related Definitions in LOC Chapter 45.12.100 Demolition of Dwellings. Copies of the Ordinance will be available from the City Recorder one week before the hearing. Provide name, contact information, and whether you support, oppose or are neither for nor against the application. You must timely connect and testify when called. If you are not able to electronically testify for any reason, e.g., inadequate or faulty internet connectivity, computer equipment, or operation thereof by yourself, City personnel, internet service providers, virtual meeting platform software, or other third parties involved in transmission and receipt of your oral testimony, you are deemed to have waived your oral testimony. You are strongly urged to also submit written testimony to assure appearance in the proceeding, receipt of testimony, and appeal right.
