NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE NEWBERG URBAN RENEWAL PLAN The Newberg City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2022-2896 on April 18, 2022 adopting the Newberg Urban Renewal Plan. The Plan has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance.
