On Plaintiff’s First Claim for Relief (Defamation Per Se and Negligence), for an award of money damages in an amount not to exceed $10,000, together with Plaintiff’s attorney fees and costs pursuant to ORS 20.080; 2. On Plaintiff’s Second Claim for Relief (Permanent Injunction), for a permanent injunction precluding Defendant from posting any further reviews about the services she received from Plaintiff in 2016; 3.
