PUBLIC HEARING ITEM: This application requires public hearings before Tigard Planning Commission and Tigard City Council. The public hearing on this application before City Council will be held virtually. You are invited to attend the public hearing. The applicants are requesting approval of a four-story assisted living and memory care facility with associated parking, landscaping, and other site improvements.
