CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CASE FILE NO.: CU-003-22 THE CORMORANTS AT THIRTEEN THIRTY STR NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Hearings Board (PZHB) at or shortly after 6:30 pm, at their regular meeting on Wednesday, May 18, 2022. This meeting will be held in person in Conference Room 113, located on the 1st floor at the Civic Center, 150 E Main Street, Hillsboro, AND remotely via Zoom. At this hearing, the PZHB will consider a request for Conditional Use approval to allow a Bed and Breakfast Inn (aka Short Term Rental [STR]) located within an existing home on a site approximately 1.30 acres in size. No site improvements are being proposed at this time. The subject property can be specifically identified as Tax Lot 16900 on Washington County Assessor’s Tax Map 1S2-03CA and is generally located north of SE Frances Street, south of SE Concorde Place, east of SE Imlay Avenue, and west of SE 60th Court. The property owner and applicant is Karla and Matt Hackney, Cormorants at Thirteen-Thirty LLC. The applicable approval criteria for this application may be found in Section 12.80.020 of the Community Development Code (CDC).
