NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Gervais, Marion County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 will be held at Gervais City Hall, 592 4th Street, Gervais, Oregon on May 19, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. A Zoom link will also be available for those who wish to attend virtually. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any interested persons are welcome to attend this meeting. Instructions to join the meeting virtually are listed below. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 12, 2022 by calling Gervais City Hall between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at (503) 792-4900. A digital copy of the budget will also be posted on the City of Gervais website on or after May 12, 2022 at www.gervaisoregon.org. Any person may join the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Any questions or comments from any person should be emailed to the City Recorder, ddahlberg@cityofgervais.com before May 19, 2022, and they will be addressed during the budget committee meeting.
