PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: L-12-22 a request by Kameron Khazeni for approval of a property line adjustment to reconfigure Tax Lots 2331-180 and 2332-1490, resulting in parcels of approximately 43 and 42.13 acres, respectively. The parcels are located at 14741 North Valley Rd, Newberg and the parcel directly east. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 403.11(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., May 26, 2022. An appeal may be filed at the Yamhill County Planning Department at 525 NE Fourth Street, McMinnville.
