Notice of Public Hearing Legislative Amendment: Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO): Middle Housing (LA 21-02) On May 23, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to consider recommended legislative amendment (LA) of the Woodburn Comprehensive Plan and Woodburn Development Ordinance (WDO) to comply with state law regarding middle housing: Oregon House Bill 2001 (2019) and Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 660-046. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. The Council will not only meet in person but also continue to telephone/video conference.
