NOTICE OF STREET VACATION Notice is hereby given that the Prineville City Council will hold a public hearing to vacate the alley in Block 4 of the Monroe Hodges Plat of Prineville, at 6:00 p.m. on May 24th, 2022. This is the alley on the block recently approved for the Justice Center. Any written objections or remonstrance to the proposed street vacation must be filed with the City Recorder prior to the public hearing and any oral objections or remonstrance of the street vacation must be made at the public hearing.
