LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF PRINEVILLE INVITATION TO BID Solicitation Document #4004-22-23 The City of Prineville Public Works Department is seeking services related to the rehabilitation of approximately 309,610 square feet (sq. ft.) of City Streets. The following streets shall either have the existing asphalt wearing surface ground and inlaid, or be new paving. Grind and Inlay Approximately 309,610 square feet SE Juniper from Lynn Blvd to SE 5th SE Knight from Lynn Blvd to SE 5th SE Garner from SE 5th to SE 6th SE Holly from SE 5th to SE 6th SE Idlewood from SE 5th to SE 6th SE 6th from SE Garner to SE Juniper SE Mercury from SE 5th to end of cul-de-sac SE 7th from Knowledge to end of cul-de-sac SE 8th from Knowledge to end of cul-de-sac SE 6th from Knowledge to end of cul-de-sac SE Loma from 6th to end of cul-de-sac SE 7th from Juniper to Knowledge Sealed bids for the City of Prineville’s 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project will be received until 2:00 PM PDST on the 7th day of June, 2022 at City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St, Prineville, Oregon. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed as follows: Lori Ontko City of Prineville City Hall 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR The envelope shall be clearly marked: Bid Proposal of (insert name of Contractor) 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 PM PDST on the 7th day of June 2022 and the apparent low bidder will be determined. It is anticipated that the Prineville City Council will present the Intent to Award the contract at the Council meeting on the 14th day of June 2022. The start date for this project shall be no sooner than the 1st of July 2022 with a completion date of no later than the 30th day of August, 2022. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held promptly at 2:00 pm on the 24th day of May 2022 at the City of Prineville Public Works Facility to review key project elements and answer questions.
