Notice of Preliminary Determination for Water Right Transfer T-13682 T-13682 filed by Lots of Plants LLC, 2366 S. Stratford Rd., Winston Salem, NC 27103, proposes changes in points of appropriation under Certificates 63588, 95125, and 95126. Certificate 63588 allows the use of 0.363 cubic foot per second (cfs) from three wells in Sec. 2, T2S, R4E, WM for nursery operations in Sects. 2 and 11, T2S, R4E, WM. The applicant proposes to move the points of appropriation in Sec. 11, T2S, R4E, WM. Certificate 95125 allows the use of 0.014 cfs from a well in Sec. 2, T2S, R4E, WM for irrigation and agriculture use for nursery operations in Sects. 2 and 11, T2S, R4E, WM. The applicant proposes to move the point of appropriation in Sec. 11, T2S, R4E, WM. Certificate 95126 allows the use of 0.028 cfs from two wells in Sec. 2, T2S, R4E, WM for irrigation and agriculture use for nursery operations in Sects. 2 and 11, T2S, R4E, WM. The applicant proposes to move the points of appropriation in Sec. 11, T2S, R4E, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000. Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or standing statement within 30 days after the last date of newspaper publication of this notice, May 18, 2022.
