NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on May 22, 2022, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of this Hearing is to consider a 1,920 square foot commercial building to be located at 347 Jefferson Avenue. The proposed structure is located within the Commercial Zone and is proposed by the property owner, Fredy Povis. The existing structure is proposed to be demolished to facilitate the construction of the proposed building. All interested are urged to attend.
