LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Council of Governments A public meeting of the Board of the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC), Deschutes County, State of Oregon will be held to discuss the budget for the fiscal years July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 and July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022 General Fund, and Special Fund Supplemental Budgets. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022 in person and via Zoom at 5:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and adopt the budget documents as approved by the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council Budget Committee. COIC will be hosting the meeting via zoom as well as in person, please see zoom meeting invite and call in number below: For questions related to COIC’s budget documents or program budgets, please email them to budgetqa@coic.org, questions received by May 30th, 2022 will be addressed at the June 2nd, 2022 Budget Hearing meeting. Copies of the proposed 2021/2022 Supplemental Budget and 2022/2023 Budget can be found at: https://www.coic.org/ coic-financials/ This is a public meeting where deliberation of the budget will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Board. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained on or after June 6th, 2022 at our Administrative Office located at 1250 NE Bear Creek Rd., Bend, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
