MARION COUNTY DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Proposals due: June 15, 2022 @ 2:30 pm NOTICE TO PROPOSERS Proposals for Professional Services for Marion County’s Down Payment Assistance Program can be submitted by email at: PO_Contracts@co.marion.or.us until 2:30 PM on June 15, 2022. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time. The Proposal Documents may be obtained on the County website (https://www.co.marion.or.us/BOC/CD/CDBG) or through Oregon Buys at https://oregonbuys.gov Questions or comments regarding the RFP must be put in writing and received by Camber Schlag at 503-566-3944 or cschlag@co.marion.or.us listed above by no later than 5:00 PM on June 8, 2022. All such questions and answers will become addenda to this RFP and will be posted to the County Website and through Oregon Buys. The County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive irregularities in any proposal in their sole judgement. Proposals shall be emailed to Camber Schlag on or before the above stated time and date. Proposals shall be marked Professional Services for Marion County’s Down Payment Assistance Program and include the proposers name and address and will be considered time-stamped and received by the County when they are received in the email inbox listed on the cover page. Email subject line shall be clearly marked with the RFP number.
