CITY OF HILLSBORO NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED PUBLIC EASEMENT VACATION: VAC 01-22: PUBLIC EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT IN PARCELS 1 AND 3, PARTITION PLAT 2019-008 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the vacation of a public emergency access easement was presented at the regular meeting of the Hillsboro City Council on May 3, 2022. Under the terms and provisions of Section 36 of the City Charter and Chapter 271 of the Oregon Revised Statutes, the City Council fixed the time for a public hearing on said petition for 7:00 p.m. on the 7th day of June, 2022 before the City Council.
